Great news for our sports photographers! The General Business Liability coverage offered through PPA Insurance Solutions, with only a few exceptions, no longer excludes sporting events or activities when you photograph from outside the race track, sports field, sports course, sports court or area restricted to athletic participants while they are competing or practicing! The few exceptions are the following sports: sports involving aircraft including balloons, sky diving, hang gliding, parachuting, scuba diving or snorkeling, mountain climbing, whitewater rafting, surfing and spelunking. With respect to individual or team still photos, the exclusion does not apply to any sport.
